Theopolis (“we,” “us”) is a Canadian foundation based in Toronto, Ontario. We respect your privacy and collect as little personal information as possible. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us:
- Contact forms. When you fill out a form on this site, we receive your name, email address, and whatever message you write. We use this solely to respond to you.
We do not run advertising, behavioural tracking, or analytics cookies on this website.
Third-party services
This site is static and relies on a few external services. When you use them, your information is handled under their privacy policies, not ours:
- Form delivery — contact-form submissions are processed by a form provider so we can receive your message by email.
- Donations & ticketing — handled by Zeffy and Eventbrite.
- Art purchases — handled by Stripe, Square, and PayPal via individual checkout links.
- Fonts — typefaces are served by Google Fonts, which may log the request.
- Music — links to Hugh Edmund’s album open on Spotify.
We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep contact-form messages only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and maintain a record of our correspondence, then delete them.
Your choices
You may ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the personal information you have sent us. Use the contact form on this site and we will respond promptly.
